What happens with many views?
Ordinary restaurant traffic is included. More views do not trigger automatic extra charges. For abuse or exceptionally high usage, we discuss a suitable solution with you.
What happens when I cancel?
Public hosting ends with the paid period. You then have at least 30 days to export your files. Any longer remaining twelve-month file retention period stays intact; you can keep using files downloaded locally.
Do guests need an app or special devices?
A smartphone with a browser is enough for the QR code. MenuBoards need your own screen with a compatible browser or player; hardware is not included.
Do I own the rights to the images, videos and music?
You can use your generated content commercially under our terms and the conditions of the providers used. YumMate.app transfers the rights it can legally transfer to you. Music is also subject to the respective provider’s licence terms. Exclusive ownership of all AI content or unrestricted use in every context is not guaranteed. You must hold the necessary rights to your uploaded photos.
